Examinations, cleanings, fluoride and sealant placement at schools (Pre-K through Grade 12) . Walk out letters provided to the patient to deliver to parent/guardian informing of the procedures performed and if any follow up care is needed. Referrals are always made to our office in Evanston, but other options for patients to seek care are also provided.

This service has been provided many years to this unique patient population. Often times, patients are unable to leave the confines of their home and require dental care. We make it possible for those patients to receive this type of care. Examinations, cleanings, fluoride and sealant placement provided at Health Fairs for all ages! (children through adults). At the request of the Illinois Department of Public Health, Preferred Dentistry Associates provides dental care at these Health Fairs to the community.
